The character of Hubert was as clear as glass, but it faced the cracks of blames on it which were ill logical and not true at all that’s brakes his character into pieces he did nothing but suffered a lot people used to make fun of him and remembered him for amusement . While he struggled a lot till the last breath of her life to prove his innocence but was unable and died. After his death the storm reveals his innocence and truth. That signifies that his pain is so powerful that even nature wanted to help him out take the revenge for his side and prove his point.

Ans. The people did not believe him because they were mediocre and from upper class so it was hard to believe that how a person is so economical that he was eager to pick up the string from the floor. Rather than believing on him they started making fun of him and remember him as their most interesting time pass. Secondly when Hubert tried to convince them they said that he felt guilty because of his mistake that’s why they make more fun of him.
