A servant or a worker was badly treated by an employer

In my country, this is a story of almost every household who afford and keep servants to help in house. Servants are ill-treated and scolded over small mistakes and misunderstandings. This is done by owners just to reflect their authority and power over weak and needy people who have no choice but to bear their insults. Actually, this is what human nature is and every human want to become superior to the other human. People don’t understand and realize that most important is ruling the heart of other people which is best done through being affectionate rather than being cruel. As a consequence of employer’s attitude, employees also leave their sincerity for the employers and develop revengeful approach and try to harm employers and their belongings whenever they get chance. I have been observing such happenings of cruelty and revenge between owners and servants all around me.
