Water is essential for every living thing whether it is human being, animal or plant. We cannot survive without water. From digestion to circulation, water is involved in every function of the body. The water in our bodies is continually being used or lost from the body. We should drink at least 2 liters of water a day. It maintains the balance of our body fluids. Indeed, water is a great blessing.
